Dairy and Digestion

Dairy is a nutrient dense, delicious and health promoting food group. Yes, it can cause digestive upset for some people, but this can often be mitigated if you know what to include and what to limit. I put together this guide to help you troubleshoot issues related to dairy and ideally keep it in your diet in some form. This is because most of us benefit from including dairy, especially women in mid life who want to gain muscle and maintain bone density. Dairy is also a fantastic source of calcium, which tends to be lacking in the diets of women who are prone to PMS.
