Welcome to my naturopathic medicine practice located in Collingwood, Ontario, just minutes from Blue Mountain, Thornbury, Clarksburg, Meaford, Markdale, Wasaga Beach, Stayner and Creemore. For over ten years it’s been my passion and privilege to help individuals of all ages seeking safe, science-based, integrative and minimally invasive solutions for a wide range of health concerns. Why? Because it’s built into my DNA to constantly learn, analyze, connect the dots, problem solve and advocate for people to achieve their best state of health.
My balanced, practical and insightful approach integrates conventional medical knowledge with naturopathic and functional medicine. I empower my patients to take control of their health and correct the underlying causes of their bothersome symptoms. People who work with me enjoy a respectful and compassionate therapeutic relationship, thorough clinical assessment, comprehensive lab testing and a personalized care plan supported by a team including a nutritionist and health coach.
I have a special interest in helping people who are stressed, tired and inflamed, suffering from digestive problems, autoimmune disease and diabetes. I enjoy helping people with complex, challenging health conditions which are difficult to treat with conventional medicine alone and require the insight and tools of an integrative approach.
